I love the Tush Present! At present, I use it as back support at my working desk and it makes a world of difference. I feel like I have a deeply somatic response each time I lean back into it, an immediate sense of ease and relaxation. I am about 5'3" and I found the Tush Present to be well proportioned to my body. I was gifted The Tush Present from a great friend after discussing the SPD I have been experiencing throughout my pregnancy. Once I started using Tush, my pain eased up immensely.
