It's tempting to look at the Tush Present and think it's like every other pillow on the market. Then you sit on it, and you immediately feel the difference.
I've ordered several for our New Mom School studio, and the moms and babies love them. Personally, I've used mine on the lawn at a concert and on a brutally hard bench at a coffee shop at 33 weeks pregnant. I'm sitting on it as I type this review.
The fact that it's made by a local mom who has made sure the product is non-toxic and responsibly made is icing on top. It's not just a wonderful product — the company, the manufacturing, and the founder behind it support so many things I believe in.
I have loved this tush present pillow for the fourth trimester and beyond!! It was gifted to me by a very kind and thoughtful friend when I mentioned how uncomfortable I was in my early postpartum period from a healing tear and hemorrhoids. I had tried a few other Amazon pillows before this arrived, and they just didn’t do the job the way the tush present did. This pillow has seen almost daily use by myself and my newborn, and travels around the living room with us filling in a variety of roles (seat cushion, seat back, tummy time, baby sit support, the list goes on). The construction is great, the materials are high quality, and it really hasn’t shown any wear after 6 months of use. As my baby grows, I seem to find more uses for it! Couldn’t recommend this pillow enough.

Just bought my second!!! I bought this for my friend postpartum and she loved it for the perineal recovery but has continued to use daily. She’s used it to support her back while nursing and even for her baby to prop him up while he drinks bottles, put behind him when he was learning to sit, etc. she raves about it constantly it has become useful in more ways than I thought possible!!! I bought another for my friend who is 7 months pregnant and really values her comfort. I can’t wait for her to try it!!! Brilliant idea and great product!! 100/10 recommend to all!!

seriously a game changer! I felt like I’d been hit by a bus after having my first, and the inflatable donut they sent me home with from the hospital was basically useless. a girlfriend gifted me the tush before I had my daughter, and I was so much more comfortable during recovery the second time around. now that I’m recovered, I honestly use it for so many other things too and my baby girl loves it just as much as I do.

I wasn’t expecting to use the Tush Present until after delivery, but it’s already become one of my favorite pregnancy essentials. I’m in my third trimester, and I’ve been using it whenever I sit on the floor to give me just a little extra elevation and take the pressure off. I also use it behind my back on the couch for extra lumbar support, and it’s made lounging so much more comfortable.
The quality is amazing, it’s supportive without being too firm, and it’s one of those products that’s surprisingly versatile. Knowing it’s designed to help with postpartum recovery, especially if you have tearing or just need some extra comfort, makes me even more excited to have it ready once baby arrives. I can already tell this is going to be something I reach for constantly during those newborn days!
