All Cushions
Not all cushions are the same
Most donut and ring cushions are memory foam or inflatable plastic, and they only work as a seat. The Tush Present® is plant fiber in organic cotton, and it works as a seat cushion and back support through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a U-shaped cushion better than a donut cushion?
Comfort is personal, but many moms prefer an open center they can float over. The Tush has a 12-inch open center, so you're not sitting directly on your tailbone or perineum. Always follow your provider's guidance for your recovery.
What's the difference between memory foam and kapok?
Memory foam is made to soften and contour to your body, so you sink in. Kapok is a springy plant fiber that holds you up. Our zipper lets you add or remove fill for the firmness you like.
Can I use it after a C-section?
Many moms use the Tush for comfort when sitting and getting up after a C-section. Follow your surgeon's instructions for your recovery.
How do I clean it?
The organic cotton cover zips off and goes in the washing machine. Like it fluffier? Toss the cushion in the dryer, or skip it and keep that broken-in feel.
How long will I use it?
Through pregnancy, recovery and beyond. Flip it upright and it becomes back support for your desk, couch or car.
Is the Tush a medical device?
No. The Tush is a comfort product designed to help you sit and rest more comfortably. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Every website order comes with our 60-night Comfort Promise. See our Refund Policy for details.
For adult use only. Never use to hold, prop or position a baby, and never let a baby sleep on or with it.
